On May 18 Scouts went whitewater rafting in the Lehigh River near Jim Thorpe, PA. Scouts camped nearby.

On April 27th and 28th Scouts attended Camp Turrell’s merit badge weekend. They had a blast and got ahead on quite a few badges. Congratulations to the Scouts who attended. They received 25 completions in total as well as 14 partials in others.

On April 6th Scouts visited Antietam Battlefield. Scouts camped at a nearby campsite in Washington Monument State Park. The troop took a tour of most of the battlefield stopping at important spots from the battle as well as memorials commemorating the soldiers the fought there.

Scouts went to ski on Shawnee mountain through 3/15 – 3/17.

This past summer on July 23, 2023 a group of scouts went to the Floodwood Mountain Reservation. Floodwood is located near Saranac Lake, NY and it is in the heart of the Adirondacks. During the trip scouts canoed and hiked across the St. Regis trek as well as climbed the St. Regis Mountain.

Scouts went to camp turrel. Scouts did lots of merit badges such as shotgun and rifle shooting, knots, first aid, and many more. the chef named Klaus, cooked amazing food.

Scouts went on a whitewater rafting camping trip in the Poconos, Pennsylvania on May 20th.
